What’s in a mafia novel?

A run-down of the mafia genre.

My mafia books are considered mafia lite: this means that they are in a dark world, bad things can happen, and people may be whacked. I don’t go into extreme abuse and darkness of depraved men. My trigger warnings are to warn you off like a creepy, misguided stepbrother.

I’m not into sex with someone sleeping, dubious consent or non-consent or menage. I’m more mainstream with graphic sex scenes and light BDSM.
